Customers needed to book by the half hour and pay online, while the business needed variable pricing, booking control and a way to connect confirmed sessions to a custom security and access system. What we built ------------- A custom operational platform with a public ecommerce booking flow on the front. Customers can choose studio time, reserve half-hour slots, complete checkout and manage their booking details, while the back office controls availability, pricing and booking management. The platform also integrates with the custom access system, so security is part of the booking workflow rather than a separate manual process. The Result ---------- Soundbox launched with the digital infrastructure needed to rent studio time with minimal intervention: bookings, payments, management and access control all tied together. The public site sells the space; the operational platform keeps the studio running behind it. What the platform does ---------------------- Lets customers book rentable studio time in half-hour slots through a public ecommerce flow. Supports variable pricing, online payment and booking management from one system. Connects confirmed bookings to the custom security and access control system to only allow authorised booked users to use the studios. Gives the business a management layer for bookings, availability and customer sessions.
