Estate-level decisions were being made on stitched-together reports that were out of date before they were finished. What we built ------------- A bespoke data platform that pulls trading data from across the estate into one place, automatically. We built and maintain the integrations that feed it - till and POS systems, access data, and more - so the numbers arrive without anyone rekeying anything, and reporting that matches how the business actually runs its financial calendar. The Result ---------- One version of the truth, live, for every site - from a single pub's afternoon to the whole estate's financial period. And a working relationship that has lasted fourteen years and counting, because the platform keeps growing with the business. What the platform does ---------------------- Estate-wide sales and covers reporting, site by site Average transaction value tracking across the portfolio Reporting aligned to the business's own financial periods Site-by-site benchmarking across very different venues POS and systems integrations feeding it automatically Trading data with context — right down to the weather Why it's lasted --------------- Platforms like this usually get rebuilt every few years when the agency moves on or the technology rots. This one hasn't — because the same people who designed it in 2012 are still developing it today, and because it was built to be extended, not replaced. When the business changes, the platform changes with it. That's what a 14-year client relationship actually looks like from the inside.
